Not many people want to pay more. I'm fairly new to price suggesting for unusuals, so if this is too big of a range let me know.
id say 10-14 seems fair here, dont see it higher than burning

Any idea on the status of the other two Tyrannus? My big concern here is that neither of the two on outpost have ever traded.

One trade after another, all the items in the second formerly owned by Sunspy. This is an extremely coarse approach, but it looks like one was traded for Ghosts Chieftan + 6 buds. That'd be a hard trade for about ~10 mixed, could understandably be on the low range since the person wasn't trading it for very long.
No clue where they are. As I said, I'm fairly new to unusual hat pricing, so I don't know how to go about finding them. Any help would be very much appreciated.
