I don't think dropping the top value by three keys makes any sort of difference...

more accurate = better :)

Well, at the moment C/O's and B/O's on various Outpost trades are fluctuating between the two suggestions. Some are wanting 1 bud and some 1.2-1.4 buds. Gonna have to stay neutral on this one till things even out.
