Sellers (in general) aren’t selling for a scrap. The only trade I could find that was selling them for a scrap sold out very quickly:

I believe that 0.22 is the current correct price for this item. Not enough trade is completed at 0.11 to warrant its inclusion in a range. In fact, I think the range extending to a rec is more likely than to a scrap.
