Why change it? Some still go for that much, scrap is just the lowest and fasted. Kinda pointless vote. Downvote from me.

I am changing it because the majority of the market it sells it for 1 scrap. It makes no sense to have an upper bound of 1 reclaimed when it is obvious that plenty of people do not mind selling for less.

To one step further than this I am listing a trade buying for 1 scrap. If I do not get it within 24 hours then I will take this suggestion down.
