I'd say 3.6 is a bit high considering the c/o's and the fact that the beanie is just about the worst pyro hat, and misty skull is one of the less liked of the new halloween effects.

Maybe I should've said it 1 of 2?

Still, i can't really see getting 3.6 easily. Yes, if both are on outpost and both owners refuse to sell for less, it will eventually get an offer from someone who really wants it, but mehhh. For now it might be fine because the hype for halloween effects is still there.
