This price was set when the going rate for a key was 2.66 ref. The market has moved on (keys are now ~2.88) and therefore this price has to move on too.

This shows that these are being traded at 1 key (2.88) and 3 ref, thereby justifying the range. There are a few at what is equivalent to 3.11, but they are sluggish and the one that was bought was probably a quick buy. 3.33 is too much in the current market.
