Although it was a while ago, I sold a searing plasma toque for a bud and 25 keys when buds were 26-27 keys, so since vivid is slightly higher than searing, I believe this. The other vivid plasma toque on OP is not getting 2 bud offers but they seem okay with quickselling it.
