This suggestion has made my head hurt, and I’m sick of looking through trades from a month ago to find the one in ten that was recent. I could only find one sold within the last two weeks for 0.22:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6641844 - Sold for 0.22
This is definitely not a low end price, the volume of trade is simply not high enough. 0.33 is definitely the most common price, and that is where the majority of traders operate:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/1510500 - Offer of 0.33 (most recent offer)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6723627 - Sold for 0.33
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6426220 - Sold for 0.33
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6640453 - Sold for 0.33
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6367023 - Sold for 0.33
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6272774 - Sold for 0.33
It is possible to sell for higher, but after considering it, I believe that the volume of trade is too small on either end to warrant a range. Sure, one went through for 0.22 and 0.44 respectively – but the commonly accepted price is most definitely 0.33, although I think an upwards trend might develop. Watch this space.

Let me know what you think :D
Pretty good proof. I'm going to make my own head hurt just to make sure this is right, though.
And after a quick look through outpost, nobody is selling for .22. Upvoted for sure.
Good proof. I tried looking for one and the lowest I could find was a reclaimed. I gave up at the end and just bought it.
Looks good. No one selling for 0.22. Upvoted.
