To anyone who has their heart set on buying one of these for a scrap, I’m afraid you’re out of luck. Buyers on outpost almost always offer a scrap, and then get pushed up to two. I could not find evidence of ANY trades going through at 0.11, but plenty at 0.22.

If you can’t buy something in a month for the suggested price, then it probably isn’t the price anymore. They simply can’t be bought (in reasonable quantities at least), in the current market for a scrap. 0.22 is where all the trade is happening.
