Funny story, my friend Derpy the Deerslayer owns the only one, he was looking for a bubbles one (first link), and he got a cauldron bubbles one for 2 #40. Link 2 is the current offers, that can't be considered the highest range since there has already been a suggestion with 25 buds as the upper range, and an admin closed it saying that there wasn't enough proof. Well, this is what it actually got sold for, so technically it's what it's worth. At least it's a starting point :3c

Not really. If people are willing to pay much more, than it is worth much more. The exact amount is just currently undetermined.
Then you go ahead and put a suggestion of 25 buds on this. Oh wait, you can't. And neither can i. The owner agreed this is a good start, when someone more "capable" wants to adjust the price, he is free to do so.

Yes, he actually bought it for the two crates. You could ask him directly, i asked his permission before doing this. And 24 keys come from the value of the two crates combined when they were 12 keys each.
i'd probably seriously research and possibly upvote if this value was set at 24 buds.

24 keys is a sharking price for this unusual. As far as I know this site lists real prices. This suggestion is pretty ridiculous in my opinion.

He did sell it to me for that much. I was buying a bubbling one, and he posted on my trade and added me to sell a cauldron one. I just got lucky, he said he hated unusuals.
Okay, so we have affirmed that he is an idiot, but we also have offers way higher than 24 keys for it. Therefore it is not worth 24 keys at a starting price just because the original owner is an idiot.

Pretty similar to my accidental shark, was looking for a deadliest duckling and someone offered me #47 for normal price.
From the looks of it, i think he was stupid enough that he couldn't find his trade long enough for it to be automatically closed. So, yeah.

He was aware of the price (had an offer of 10 buds on outpost about 2 weeks before he traded me), he wanted my crates though. Think he just liked them better or something, doubt he'd want the unusual back since he stated he hated unusuals. He also sold the crates.
I think that the too-'unsmart'-to-find-his-trade-again story's better. It was a rip-off deal for him but he freely gave you $1000 purely because of his own stupidity. Looking in his backpack I suspect that he did a similar thing with those crates too.

That story actually could've happened, maybe that's how he found my trade up for the bubbling one xD At one point he had like 10 keys, so I think he sold em correctly, probably unboxed more after that. I've unboxed about 75-100 crates (could be more, lost track), so I guess this makes up for all the failures.

If you checked the links, you would have found out that he has a C/O of about 25 buds. It's just that 1st: i don't have enough pixels to price it at that much, and 2nd: the last suggestion with the C/O got deleted by an admin because redeemed fake

Because it's a starting point, suggesting the actual price it got sold for. And since he isn't selling it anytime soon, that's probably the best shot we have.

LOL at Just Christmasing NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO HIS LINKS AND NOT ACKNOWLEDGING THAT THIS HAT HAS OFFERS MORE THAN 24 KEYS. Your second link absolutely, positively disproves your suggestion. He got offered cauldron bubbles anger, priced at around 13-16 buds. The hat is talked about getting around 20-25 buds, or somewhere thereabouts.It is even acknowledged that the previous owner did not know what he had. Downvoted, and next time you price something, ACTUALLY DO SOME GODDAMN RESEARCH. Your first link does not count as research.
