High point seems to be too high based off what can be seen now. 4-5 would work best based on the sale/offer, but it might be better to give this one more time altogether.

Yeah I agree with Vincent,

Bp.tf is usually disregards B/O's (There are special circumstances though) since they are usually overpriced. Only offers and past sales are acceptable as proof.

Go ahead and if you feel like it, Resuggest with a lower high end like Vince has mentioned
