I've gotten 2 of these for 12 keys each recently, I think the price will rebound but for now it's falling hard. Upvote.

Proof of what? I posted my trade in tf2outpost. It's closed cos someone straight added me and paid 14 keys for my s.Sapper.

The keys are in my backpack, however it got mixed up with all the other trades I've done this day.

Well upon posting up my trade I searched for other S.Sapper sellers, none sold for what they asked (which was 15-16 keys tops) and they still have their posts open. I will try to search for others.

I don't really know what he was getting at there (seems to have one in his backpack), but I do agree these are in a decline for the moment.

I definitely don't agree with this. I just sold my Strange Sapper for a Portal box and 3 keys in sweets. The current range is fine.

That's a reflection of the Portal 2 box's price, not the S Sapper's.

Portal box is about 12 keys.
