I would agree that the value above 21 is on the higher side. Been trying to sell my own at 22 keys with no success. Also, seeing that crate 40 still drops and the amount of crates on the stats, this should be dropped a few keys until the crates stop dropping with fewer and fewer crates on the stats. 20-21 seems about right from successful trades on outpost ATM.
