I think your range is fine; you have shown that people are successfully selling at 1.33 ref and not waiting too long to get offers, while at the same time are still showing that 1 ref is still quite possible as well. Though I would have liked to see more proof of successful 1-1.33 ref trades, the proof you have provided seems to support your suggestion quite well for the most part. For now, I shall upvote :)
