Its no question a hard sell, but its the top tier sniper hat with a low-mid effect. definitely no lower than 2 buds.

Both my bubbles and planets angers sold for 2.3 and 2 buds + nuts jefe respectively. Angers without a doubt have their place in the 2+ range with these effects.

This is accurate. Bought a steaming one around 1.5, sold for 2. Similar tier effect to orbiting fire. It's still a god tier hat but it has dropped in value a bit.
