This appears to be rising in price again. Those selling at 3 ref are usually snapped up quickly, and some buyers in the last few days have switched to offering 3.33 in an attempt to get their hands on one.

Due to a seeming lack of supply, more and more people are being pushed up in what they are offering, and therefore the price is going up with them. I would have preferred to show more evidence of them going through at 3.33, but they have only risen in the past few days, and there have not been enough new trades during that period that it is possible to glean results from. However, due to the fact that buyers are offering 3.33, this becomes the higher range price.
