Link 1: My trade. Like I said, I had been trying to sell this hat for over 2 weeks. Finally I sold it to this SOUL guy for a TF Logo Tossle Cap + UC Lucky No. 42 + Lime Bill's. Which is like 2.33-2.5 Buds.

Link 2: The Korean ultra-relister. His Blizz Ballcap is listed in like 5 different trades. I only have a few of them here. This trade's been up for over 3 weeks, and the best offer he's gotten was a Planets Samur-Eye + 1 Bud, but that was 2 weeks ago and likely isn't valid anymore. He was also offered 3 low-tier Unusuals - not a bad offer - but it's also 2+ weeks old. Those are the *only* offers he's gotten over several weeks.

Link 3: Same Korean guy. But he got a nice recent offer of a Smoking Bubble Pipe which is around 2.5 Buds.

Link 4: Same guy. Just lists offers he's gotten in his other posts. No new offers.

Link 5: A different guy. His trade's only been up for a day or so. Best offer: Planets Headwarmer (~1.33 Buds) + Crone's Dome. Meh.

In conclusion I really don't think this hat can reach 3 Buds anymore. There is *some* demand, but not much. It's definitely still worth over 2 Buds though.
