Made an attempt to show every one of these, might have missed a couple, so if i find any i will make an edit

Link 1- a 3 bud c/o (i guess it wasn't made on outpost) and a 3.5-4 bud buyout (i interpret that as 3.5)

Link 2- The c/o is roughly 2.5-3 in unusuals (correct me if im wrong). No buyout

Link 3- excluding the stormy tossle offer, offers are not that great. They include 3 pure, about 2 buds in unusuals, and a little over 2 buds in unusuals

Link 4- Really just put this in as an attempt to show every hat, it looks like person is looking for 4 buds though

Link 5- A relatively high b/o of about 4.5 buds, no offers on the hat

What i get from this (and from some past experience), this hat can get 3.5 +/- with a bit of waiting. I think i could of gotten away with making it a bit lower though.
