They are sometimes sold for 1.44, but like everything else, you can get more for anything if you try hard enough. The majority of the market is selling for 1.33 or lower.

Agreed. I saw plenty at 1.22 and some 1.33. I even spied some sellers at 1.11

I've been buying @ 1.22. I may get 2-3 hits a day if I'm lucky.

Out of curiosity why are these cheaper than normal TOD ticket when they give extra items.

There is less demand and they were recently on sale for $.99. I sell 1 surplus for every 10 tickets.

Since they are no longer on sale, they price is rising and will eventually settle at higher than ToD.

but why, I mean, even if it is on sale it is still cost as much as TOD and surplus also give extra items while tod does nothing. do you have to activate the TOD in order to use the surplus as it is the only reasonable explanation I can think of.

You do. ToD Ticket is required to play Mann Up no matter what. Surplus Voucher adds 1 extra random drop for everybody in your team at the end of the current mission. Up to 7 drops at the end if everybody in the team uses a Surplus Voucher. 1 drop if nobody uses.

ah that explain why nobody want it as the extra items are shit.
