1st link - has rejected 3*(wrote 2 by accident) buds offer several times
2nd link(mine) - has a unusual offer around 3.5-4buds
3rd - has good offers on the set, which is pretty good if you subtract the phantom's pricing
4th - has a rejected offer of 2.5pure and good unusual offers

Honestly I would price the hat at 3 - 3.5 Buds, as you have no proof of this being sold for 3.5 Pure.
But with the current proof right now, and 2.5 being too low for this hat...
