Prices needs an update since the current price range is 3 months ago and Uncraftables are unable to be bought from the store anymore so this are probably collectors item.

Not a collector's item yet, but there is an offer for 1 ref on your first link. So, staying neutral.

There's a C/O of 1 Refined in Link 2 too and the guy who offered that had his comment hidden ( Considering that the owner is looking for ridiculous price)

There are 3200 but most of them are not for sale in the market and considering that they are unable to be bought now. The number of Uncraftable Apparatchik's Apparel will not be rising anytime soon :)

no, but that isnt rare. if you want rare ones, look at german gonzilla and such. id consider under 500 existing rare

Considering that the number is 500, it must be less sought for in TF2 before the Clean Update.
