Picture this exact comment thread but instead of a suggestion it's a raffle for tf2 items, and you have the gist.

First two links are inconclusive; can't tell if they still have crates left or not. The others make it fairly obvious that there's a lot of supply at .33, but I'm not sure if that invalidates the current upper range or not.
