I might be wrong about link 3 quickselling at 11 keys. Might have gone lower. 11 keys was his offer on that trade before selling.
Not enough proof. Seems like you only showed the lower end.
Those sales are sort of quicksale price though. Not sure how I'll vote.

Link one does settle within my range set. Link two is looking for offers and may just be using the bills for show/attention getter. If someone just asks for the bills then it settles in the 10 key mark.
i only settled for that because i lowballed and bought one for less so i was thinking "eh, i'll sell for a low price. still profit for me." however, i find this price range is acceptable. i have only sold one for 12 keys but have bought a few for 10 and sold them for 10+ pretty easily in the past few days.
also: first time having my trade used as evidence! yay!

As an owner agree with this price. Going for a Buds is way too high considering in RL they're easy to find and on sale on the Valve store at least.
People are trying to manipulate its price. Its on sale on Amazon.com. Its only 14.99.

Very common, Outpost has even warned about paying high on this item.
Sold mine in 2 days on a trade server for 10 keys straight. Good ridance, this should really drop as I said before
We can only hope that something really nice is in the box.
Upvoted, seems like people are paying less and less for these, plus you can still buy them for $15 so really no reason to pay more than 11 keys

If anything these can go lower than a bills if they continue to rise in numbers. They are proliferating at a rate we cannot slow down. I can see these going down to 5 keys some day.
