Maybe its not, based on what others are saying. If it is, I blame Gabe Newell.

No, I do not believe a 6 key high range is justifiable. Two new trades:

You may be giving me examples of 6 key transactions but I have given you examples of people selling for 4-5 keys. You're upper bound for your suggestion is too high to accurately reflect market value.

So you are going to exclude the fact that there are currently 2 unsold for 4 keys and 1 that sold for 4 keys in the last week because those are just extraneous?

I have not excluded , You just think that TF 2 items should be sold like bread in supermarkets - a few minutes ,I agree that there is trade - 4 keys, but it can happen to everyone- if urgent need keys - item sell much cheaper

Just did a quick search on outpost, wow there are very few on sale. But of those I saw, 4-5 keys seemed to be the asking price. 6-7+ keys are just high ballers.

Id recommend re-listing as ~4-5 keys
