The other suggestion has links like http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/3397367 which has a 12 key seller but it goes completely against the norm and looks much out of place among other 16-20 key offers over a 4 month long period.
Most likely any quicksells below 15 keys would be knifes that came from the tf2wh leak.
Alternately I could quickly look through buyers and find something like http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6946378 which is offering a Festive set ~18 keys (at min backpack value) for a sf knife. Or http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/4284733 who is buying for 15 keys each.
Because of the high value and uncertain nature of these items there will certainly be opportunities to buy the item for less then 16 keys but those are few are far between for the average buyer at this point in time.
I don't think that quicksells should be included in proof, nor in a range, because for the fact that they're quicksells. Nonetheless, this is a better suggestion, but I'm still going to have to downvote for now unless you can show normal trades, not quicksells, going for 16 keys.
Just sold mine for 19 keys, but it had about a keys worth of strange parts on it.
I have an offer of 18 keys and 17 keys and also other offer of 18.5 keys in items
