I didn't set the high end more than 8 buds since it's my buyout for it, but i am still getting offers more than 8 buds. It's very cool hat and cool effect. and if you think it's high, just tell me why :)

I dont understand why that hat would suddently gain 30% value but i see the cloudy moon Conquistador offer.

seems fair, definately getting offers past the current high end, though I dont like how tight the range is. But Its not enough to close this
