Most of the sold Bolgans are months old trades. Look at all the unsold Bolgans, most of them are around for 1 month or more but still can't find a buyer. This shows that these are very low in demand considering that there are only less than 1 page of people looking for this hat on outpost. Most of this people are mostly looking for it at 2 Refined.

If you can give us proof us people buying for 1 key, then I will upvote, but all your proof supports a price of about 1.5 keys.

People are not buying these for 1 Key, They're buying these for 2 Refined.
