Well this is a tough one. Currently none on the outpost and none of the current owners (from tf2unusual) have had theirs up on the Outpost or TP at any time. I'm currently looking at the history on theirs, to see if I can find any sort of proof.

On Outpost, click the hat you want to see the history, it will load in the same page. For the ones on tf2unusual I go to their SteamRep page, then to their backpack.tf page and look at the history from there (click the hat, then click Item History)

Suggester paid 6.5 worth, it seems. So that's a sale of 6 in unusuals about a month ago, 6.5 pure a week ago, and a fairly strong tier comparison to further support said sales (we can see searing plasma getting 6-7 bud offers recently in the trade so its current backpack.tf price holds up).
Votes are in the negative due to the initial lack of proof, but it does look like the evidence suppots it in the end. Does anyone have anything against the provided evidence?
I must say, you people do a great job when looking for evidences. This was actually my first time suggesting a new price in here and I had absolutely no idea I was supposed to post all these evidences/proofs, and for that I apologize.
People have accused me of trying to get "cheap profit" just because I own the hat.
It's not like that at all, I just thought it would be fair to give this baby a little more love because it is only logical when you compare it with the Searing Plasma one.

Look for what they actually sell for instead of going off prediction.

I ain't selling it neither I need to "boost" the price to make "cheap profit". I just thought it should have a fair value comparing to the same misc with a slightly different (basically the same) effect.
No proof, no nothing just opinions. Those old ass sales don't mean anything either, anything over 2 weeks old isn't valid in my eyes.
Have you EVER traded an unusual? They can take months to sale at an appropriate price.

And this comment is nonsensical too, where's the proof of recent trades? There are none on the market, and so no new price suggested will be valid. I don't care about trades that happened months and months ago, there is a reason why some hats go unchanged for months on end - because no fucker is selling them so there's nothing to base a new price on.
The guy bought his a week ago. It's the last link I listed in my comment. He's speaking in Portuguese, but basically saying he'll pay money for the hat (which I can't confirm if he's paying the 7 Buds price). Though the seller does say he's reserving it for the cash buyout so I believe it was indeed sold for 7 Buds (In Brazilian currency)

The newcomers of this "trading business" hardly ever have any items to support their cause, take things too seriously and see malice where there isn't any. I can't help but feel sorry for them.
The only thing that made me bring up this discussion is the fact that I think this hat deserves to be worth more than it does today.
For the record, I don't plan on selling it in the near future because I just got it and I NEVER -- NEVER trade any of my unusuals. I keep them all TO USE.

The issue isn't speaking out against why you think a comment is unnecessary, you're more than welcome to do that. The issue is the blatant verbal abuse. Stop tossing such things as "fucking moron" and "complete retard" at other users and things are dandy.

I was probably more blunt (or flame bait-ish) than I should have been, but 2 weeks to sell an unusual is not that long. Many ppl, such as myself, that have jobs and outside lives can't afford to peddle our merchandise 24/7 so a 2 week period is nothing to me. Especially when considering this is a 6-7 bud hat. Expensive hats take longer b/c there are fewer ppl that can afford to buy them.
Yeah, I was sleep deprived when I wrote that. Hell, anything over a bud takes a long time to sell.
