Second link doesn`t have any offers (unless I`ve gone blind), and the recent offer of 2.36 is in the current range. I`d need a little more that that to upvote.

also searing and vivid are currently both 1.9-2.4 but vivid is > searing (I know that someone will now come and say something like: omg effect tiers bla bla BUT vivid gets always better prices/offers ((and it looks better)))

Theres always exceptions my friend :) and maybe searing needs a bump down if this isn't an exception.

An offer of 2.33 within a week seems rather notable. Looking at searing plasma, it does seem to be holding up at its price (offer of a max head in a two week old trade, untaken buyout of 2.33 in said two week old trade and a new trade with a 2 bud buyout). All in all, the vivid plasma cap has a fast offer at the top of current range and a fairly strong tier comaprison to further support. I'd say this one does need a bump.

and the 2 buds+ 10 keys was even declined by the owner of the conn cap.
