Again, I've tried to at least get 2.3 out of this, but I'm positive no one will pay 2.8 for this. Mine was also level 99, and I know that won't change the price of it.

Lastly, you would have to be really lucky to sell this hat at 2.5.

Yes it is an all-class, but no one has interest in it as far as I know.

Yea, I was considering dropping the high value to 2.3 because it was still hard to sell it for 2 buds and a bills. Still, I don't know if this will rise in demand.

That guy must've either been really greedy (who wouldn't take a 3.5 bud offer on a Smoking Noble?)

Or the trade must be outdated.
