This is only my third suggestion for unusuals, so I'm kinda new to this kind of research. Thanks for the help.

No problem. My suggestion is to look at the offers and the lowest b/o. The true price is likely in between those. Many prices on this site are too low b/c the suggestions are only based on the offers. I will often ask ppl that have sold the hat to find out what they sold it for as another resource. Also read through the higher rep'd ppl on TF2PC, those guys can have good insight as well.

Remember that you duty is to protect the buyers from spending too much, but also to protect the sellers from getting sharked.
