The reason why the "high value" isn't 15 Buds is because it will take a really long time to sell this for 15 Pure. The owner just got lucky, since no one else would probably offer 15 Pure on this hat.

This hat will take a lot of effort to sell for just 10.5 Pure, because it's a hat with the new halloween effect.

I just sold my Knifestorm Charmer's Chapeau for 15 buds to Azure (formerly known as Muffinpants in the trade thread). I saw him offering 15 buds for the hat so I jumped on the deal (link to the thread below), but unfortunately he has hidden his post.

I am not saying this is the worth of the hat, I'm simply just throwing what I've experienced out there as it may help the community put a price on this hat.

Putting 15 Buds Pure on the high price on this is inaccurate, because MageLeif just got lucky.

You getting 15 Pure is pretty much luck-based.

There is a lot of proof that this hat sold for 10.5 Buds, and yours just sold for 15 Buds Pure.

If you hat didn't sell for 15 Buds Pure, I would've made the "high price" 11.5 Buds.
