Yet I found 5 buyouts below 20 keys with two selling for 18 keys. Care to further reason with me why 19-20 keys is still a valid price?

Your links aren't really helping your argument...maybe I'm just looking at them wrong. Care to elaborate a little?
Made an edit. Also please note I found these offers almost instantly. Didn't find one person offering to sell their Huntsman for 18 keys.

I have no doubt you found these trades almost instantly because you still fail to realize that if you click on the links in my description you'd see 2 buyouts of 18 keys and 3 buyouts of 19 keys all currently unsold.
Meant when I was searching. I personally think your 2 links are very rare occurances.
I think that none of your links support 20 keys being kept valid, and if you read the comments I have the majority on my side. Realize these 18 key links haven't even sold yet. If current range were true, then they should have sold and been a somewhat easy flip for at least 19 keys.

I looked at the first three of those and quickly concluded that none of those have sold/bought so stopped bothering with reading the rest.
