Numerous lowballers offering anywhere from 2-3 ref for them and not really getting any business.

Link 1 shows a guy added for the price of 5 ref which is give or take 1.5-1.7 keys (within the new range)

Link 2 shows quite a few people adding him for the price of 4.11 Refined so that is about 1.3 keys (just under the range)

I personally have 2 of these atm and have sold 2 of them previously for 2 keys (link 3) I have since change my price to 1 key and 2 ref (a different price for the level 69 for obvious reasons) Haven't had a bite on this trade for a couple weeks or so, so the demand can't be all that high at the price of 2 keys, but it still deserves to be in the range.

Link 4 shows at least 1 person selling his to this guy for 4.55 ref so about 1.5 keys even.

Link 5 shows a guy offering 4.11 ref again. He is getting buyers for this price and also accepted someones offer of 4.66 ref.

I believe this is enough evidence to change the price to the suggested range :)
