What I have seen from the open trades on the Outpost is a lot of offers within the range, but also B/Os of 3. So I think the current lower range is wrong, but your suggestion would be as well.

You need to link to outpost trades (or something similiar) where the hat get's offers that high (but keep the unusual overpaying in mind). Also post some of the offers, since it's your job basically to convince the voters that you're right.

Oh and one last thing, why do you claim in your trade that your Whoopee is clean? It's obviously duped since there's at least another one with the same ID Number.
