"I would say"

Get some proof of offers

to be honest, im just looking for some oppinions about it's price :/

From the offers the guy got when he had his up for offers I'd say this suggestion isn't wrong at all. It's just that people are really eager to cry wolf when looking at someone pricing something without any proof available.
Its pretty close anyway, i think a range would be a good idea. (best offer i saw was a mix--11~ buds)
Yeah, when pricing unusuals a range is usually the best idea. This was only traded once though, and there's no record of the other hat (at least anywhere I could find) so giving it a range would be kinda arbitrary.
Ya, but like u said a range is a good idea, especially with halloween effects as they can be quite unstable. 8-10 mayb?
cauldron bubbles hotrod+Lv100 knifestorm mountaincap - 2.9+5.1 = 8 at the lowest
c.moon tricorne + some sweets = 8.1 lowest
5 pure + clean themed stormy stormy hard counter = 9.6 at lowest
Nuts'n'Bolts Brainiac Hairpiece = 8.1
would you take a cloudy moon charmer's chapeau for it? = 11.4 (outdated)
12 pure (was collecting)
These were the best offers he got. Considering the lowest of the unusuals was just to draw a picture, but I believe a 9~11 might be more sensible.
well, thats 9-11 in unusuals (and i saw no record of the 12 offer--also--collecting vs, buying is quite a difference--as many people tend to go from ill offer 12 buds to "buying quicksell unusuals--150% off" when they actually get them).
And, several people have made comments about unusual offers being valued lower than pure offers (although imo it shouldn't really matter, but w.e.)
I'd say 7.5-8.5 or so, max. 10 seems too high, but, if it sells for ten provide some proof and throw it up. It could happen, I just think it's highly unlikely since arguably better demo hats with cloudy moon can be had for easily less than 10. Examples being, the crown and degroot
We are measuring value in buds, not unusuals.
Killjoy alrdy provided proof close to 10. (5+stormy hard counter=11~)
Yes, he did, I'm just going to watch the thread on outpost for a bit before I vote either way.
Went through each of their respective backpacks and there is a 10-10.5 bud transaction between owners. I was able to locate 3 buds, orbit fire tower and a strange festive sniper (8 buds alone) of that transaction. Since it already sold for over an obvious 8 (and quite probably more according the BP difference) I will upvote this. If it's been traded for that, that's a pretty good indication it can be traded for that again.
Would be nice to have a range on this, but as Killjoy and Ninjavitis have proven, 10 buds is an accurate price.
