Not much of a quicksell, i had a steaming one a while back and it took me some time to get 1 bud+5 keys. (and since then steaming has gone down a bit).

I kept 1.2 buds as high end because owner said added to talk and did not readily agree to 1 bud. I did not find anything in original owner's backpack to suggest what sweets were given, but I also did not want to assume it was only a 1:1 for buds transaction.

I was more explaining my reasoning for keeping a higher upper-end to the admins when they look at this suggestion. :P

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6330208 refused a 1 bud offer, but then that guy went and bought one for 1 so...idk. i don't like setting values off a "quicksell" but idk how much of a quicksell it was. this one http://www.tf2outpost.com/search/60692786 has a bud +10 b/o so yeah this is probably right.
