Conclusion: Using only the two unusuals it was traded for it would seem the price would be at around 4.2 buds, and then using the transitive property of what those unusuals were traded for; it can be reinforced that it is slightly over 4 buds in value. The reason it is ranged as such, is to try and stay in range (closest to average) with all the prices of the unusuals used to price it.
