I can attest to this being impossible to sell at 4 ref. I've been trying for nearly a week at that price.

EDIT: Just sold it along with a S. Medi Gun for a clean Fast Learner, pricing it at ~3.66 after much time waiting. Still incredibly hard to sell for 4 ref, and proof is good. Upvote.

Upvote. This thing has been unsaleable for 4 ref for forever. I had one last month that I picked up on a trade server for a key and it took a week and a half to sell for 4 ref on outpost.
