Don't always doubt by a current C/O. I agree that the current price might be to high, but setting the price on some, partly very low, C/Os is, in my opinion, not the right thing :/ If they are not in a hurry, they'll get better offers. It should be something between your suggestion and the current one, but sadly, I'll have to downvote this one :/

Prices are meant to reflect trades, not the kinds of offers you can expect to get. People have offered at 19 keys, but they aren't selling at that.
