1.5 Is the highest in the range and he didn't take, he's wanting more.
Most likely if he really did just took it as c/o and his post is still up that guy could of gone another post and bought it for 1-1.5 already. and then when the guy actually wants to trade it for that 1.5 offer theirs going to be a "oops I already bought one from that other guy". ];
So people are still willing to pay 1.5 keys...
None of your links have sold. There is little demand for this items, and most people on outpost are trying to sell for 1-2 keys. Downvote.

None of them has sold.. and key word *trying* and how many of them has been actually selling for THAT price range. The 1st is my own post actually, I was buying for 2.33 at a point but i moved it down some when it seemed like its value was going down and it was getting easier to obtain for 2.66.

I was just trying to get some post that was AT LEAST a few days old to at least prove something to some of you.
Then you still need to provide proof that it's selling for your suggested price. I haven't seen any people sell for 2 ref, and right now 3 ref = 1 key so the current price is fine.
i think capacitor will only rise in few months. i just dont understand your suggested price when you said people are willing to pay a KEY(3 refs and rising)
I said some were willing to pay 1 key for them and those offers were before everyone blew up the key price. I see people trying to sell them for 3.33 - 3.66 on my server.
But Those offers were around when keys were about 2.77-3 still and people would just buy keys for the lower end of the price and THEN trade that key for the capacitor.
why are you talking about something that happened on server few days or even a week ago?

No need to over think just let everyone either agree or disagree on weather or not it should continue to go down little by little as it has been or just stay put.

My point is that the price of capacitors will continue to fluctuate (read: not "go down little by little as it has been" until Valve gives them some kind of use. Since this item stopped dropping, people will be reluctant to sell at a lower price. And since this items doesn't have any uses aside from being a collector's item or space taker, it's not hot on the buyers market either. I'm not downvoting your suggestion because I hate it (I've seen worse), I'm downvoting it because you offer inadequate proof that it is being bought/sold for your suggested price.

But yes, I think a lot of people that own or want to buy a limited item want to have it their way (The whole buy cheap, sell high idea).
And seriously, I still want to see the OP's proof that capacitors can be bought/sold for 2-2.88 refined, not just what it can't be sold for. And now I want to see proof that he bought capacitors for 1.66 refined on Link 1.

I'm agreeing 4 refined is too high. I have seen them sell for less than 3 ref. I haven't seen a 2 refined sale, personally. 2.66-3.22 would have been more appropriate I think. 1 key is the highest that people spend on these (collectors or anyone who sees value in it). I'm not voting I think you should redo your price range and use your current evidence.

Let me conclude my fun round on this page by saying that sometimes I buy a loaf of bread for up to about $3.

There's not that many either. I see why a price change is necessary, but I believe the suggested low-end is too low.
And yes, I do have a lot of capacitors in my backpack. I bought the 10 of them off the Hexide shop for $1.50 each. I was trying to be a neutral as possible, but I guess I failed :P In my opinion, there seems to be a price gap between the buyers and the sellers, that no one wants to go for the price in the middle.
I sold mine today for 1 key. It's just about finding the right buyer.
What kind of proof is this? Barely any of it supports your suggested price.
close your suggestion and check if you have more upvotes or downvotes and use that as a proof however i m sure you dont have more upvotes
