I didn't find one trade of two pages (http://www.tf2outpost.com/search/60882287) that buy Spectacles for 1.66, just the regular craftable hat price: 1.33, there's no demand on this.

So, you agree with my range, but you point a recent suggestion that I didn't see before to make my suggestion be removed? What's your point?

My point is that enough do get sold at or above 1.66 to warrant not making 1.66 the higher range.

2 were bought at 1.88 out of 100+ that are for sale on Outpost.

First of all, there are 5 links of people who successfully sold it for 1.66+ ref.

Now, Not every one bought/sold at 1.66+ was listed.

BUT, you have yet to show any sales below 1.66

Edit: In fact, i have yet to find a single pair that sold for less than 1.66

5 sales at 1.11-1.33, vs. pages of sellers who have sold for 1.66+ (and a decent amount of them have been successful.

I've bought 2 El Jefe's as craft hats (1.11 ref) therefore, the price should be 1.11 ref. right?

I'm trying to find these trades of 1.66+, besides of the 2 that were bought at 1.88-2, I just found 3 more, weeks ago, not 'pages'. One more thing, what are you saying, my range is fine with the evidence, I pointed 1.11 to prove the low demand on this.

You can't use someone buying craft hats as proof for anything.

I've bought flamencos, el jefes, Kabutos, wraith wraps, bubble pipes, and more all at 1.11 ref.

Upvoting, this is the proper range for this item.

Sellers who are desperate will sell it at craft hat value. I've had to resort to this myself in the past.

Buyers who are desperate (which is a rarity) will pay 1.66 ref to save some time.

Sellers who ask > 1.66 ref are highballers and don't understand that the demand just isn't there for this item and the chances of them seeing a successful tranaction at their price is quite slim. If they do get a transaction I would be willing to bet that it took them days/weeks of bumping trades before it happened.

Why don you just take a quick look at outpost, PLENTY have sold for 1.66+ ref. And almost none (i couldnt find one) have sold for less than 1.66 ref.

It's true, I didn't see most of them, although some are in my range and I believe that these trades were based on spreedsheet price? I mean, it doesn't change the fact that there's, relatively, a low demand on the item at the moment, people accept spreedsheet if it says x price, but I don't think that 2.66-2 is the most accurate, it's not one of the most wanted miscs in the market. I don't know if anything I'm saying makes sense, maybe I'll just accept the counter proof and sit on a corner.

It does, but its not selling within your suggested range, whereas they do sell within the current range. 1.44-1.88 might be a good compromise though. But im not sure if there are enough sales below 1.66 to warrant it.

while this is an ugly misc, i think counterproof awesome mccoolname (cool name, indeed) presented shows that this isn't near "craft hat" status yet.

You should show successful sales at 1.33 that aren't to quickbuyers.

You see, I don't really know how to because you can't search through closed trades, and if you search buyers on Outpost of this item, there are only 2 pages, that are all quickbuyers, but they did succeed to buy some, I linked some of them above on comments.

It's not easy, but you can try to find trades selling multiple items with successful Spectacles sales.

Now both sides showed proofs, now it's up to a moderator to approve.

I think 1.66 flat would be a better range for this item.

Proof shows it doesn't move very well above 1.66, but counter-proof shows it can still get 1.66 reliably.

Please close this and resubmit it as 1.66 flat, or show some sellers offering it for 1.33.
