The 2.5 part of this is incorrect, no offers are at 2.5, just a few days ago this guy offered 4 buds pure which is pretty high pure offer for any unusual http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6742951 on another trade someone got offered 4 days ago $190 (a trusted buyer) http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/3979163 which equates to around 5.5-6 buds. I wont disagree completely but there's some new stormy veils on the market and let's see what the kind of offers they will get first before changing the value of this veil.
