So yeah, it looks like if you have 26 keys and want buds, it's no problem to get for the suggested price. Keys must be getting scarce.

They're not scarce, but they're gradually accumulating in the inventories of people who won't sell them. So they're not yet scarce in the game, but I think they're gradually getting scarcer in the market (which is a fairly small bubble inside the game). This is a predictable result of recent events, IMHO
