This Unusual is clearly worth more than the suggested price from the links above. It is not worth the 9 buds that they are asking since they are not receiving those offers nor are they getting an offer around 9, but they are receiving offers well over 5 and into 7+ and can get up to 8 .

But they easily could receive 6.5 at the minimum for this Unusual.

Edit: Also, people who sell this do like to say that this is a themed or slightly themed hat because of the whole halloween, evil, dark type of hat I suppose it is with the Cauldron Bubbles.. pretty straight forward and they use it as a way to get a higher offer.
