I know there's a trade that someone payed P.Energy Hallmark + 1 bud for it.

But seriously, Is Stormy 13th Hour worth that much? I guess buyer misunderstood the value of it.

Even Burning Flames Beret has 2.7-3.4 buds price range. Maybe the market price is higher than that.

If you're talking about the rarity, I value the unusual with effect and tier of hat. I don't give a sh!t about rarity.

I personally think 4.2 is too high, but then again, based on the proof at hand it does appear to be the going rate :3
