1st and 2nd link there isn't a set price for it, yet only seeking for the lowest price possible, you will need trades that actually sells for the price/range put by you, remember that B/Os doesn't count as evidence though.

its a craft hat so eventually itll be more common, at the moment 1.5 is sufficient but after a month or so price should go down to a respectable 2 refined

I've gotten offers of 2 other Nice crate items for mine, along with items worth 2 keys. Also selling a lvl 42 one for 4 keys, got 2 adds in a day. :3 It seems to be VERY popular, like the last breath it might stay kinda high.
