Apparently this hat can be bought and sold for 3 Buds Pure.
The first two links show that this hat can reach 3 Buds Pure, and the last two links show that you can buy this hat for 3 Buds Pure.
3.6 Buds is too much for this hat, as you can't sell this hat for that much. One owner even set his buyout at 3.5 Buds. 3.2 Buds will take some effort to get, and I haven't found any trades which sold or at least been offered 3.2 Buds Pure.

For what it's worth, here's what I sold it for(both unusuals I got were orbiting fire). I agree it needs a bit of a price drop.
First of all, 3.2 - 3.6 Buds is way too high for this hat. You can't deny that.
Second, do you have any proof that this hat should be worth more or worth a lot less? It would be a lot better if you supplied proof with your reply.

so, if they are consistently getting offers of 3 buds, then why is 3 buds the HIGH end?
Agreed, the high end should be 3.2 and the low 2.8, therefore downvote for now.
Because I have not found any trades which have been offered 3.2 Buds.
This hat consistently gets offered 3 Buds pure, but no one offers 3.2 Buds.
My price suggestions are based on the market, they are NOT based on what I think the price should be.
