Just bought one for about 13 keys but offers are usually much lower than that. I will vote yes for now

I don't think I can justify the price being so low so soon after unboxing. Maybe after the demand for these settles down, but 10 keys should still be obtainable with even the slightest bit of patience.

The bud is indeed from the person who commented. If you click on the bud in his tf2 outpost backpack then you can see who previously owned it. You'll also notice its obviously a duped bud.

Also on the duped part, how exactly do you know? The history of the item says that demopan owns it, but there isn't even a bud in his backpack.
