This price needs an update and stormy effects has been dropping...

Up voted here too. That's an ugly hat with an unwanted effect. I personally love the spy but I would never pay 2 buds for that hat. (personal opinion of course)

1.9 is too low if people have offered max + sweets...

I had it at 2 - 2.5 initially. I'm guessing the refined/key prices were adjusted on the website so all the prices in buds changed as well.
